JOEL A. SUTHERLAND is the Silver Birch and Hackmatack Award-winning author of numerous Haunted Canada books and the Red Maple Award Honour Book Summer’s End. His middle-grade fiction series, Haunted, has been praised by Goosebumps author R.L. Stine. HANNAH BARRETT is a Canadian narrative illustrator passionate about folk horror, cosmic horror and analogue horror. She has a strong attention to detail when creating creatures that go bump in the night. Her extensive research assists in creating emotional, thought-provoking narrative work that instills many different emotions from readers and viewers alike.
David Bishop
DAVID BISHOP always wanted to make comics . . . and now he does! He was born in Montreal, grew up in Brampton and now resides in Pickering, Ontario. He has recently illustrated for the Chapterhouse series True Patriot Presents and writes and draws his own comic series, Of Stone. D.A. Mike Feehan
MIKE FEEHAN is an illustrator from St. John’s, Newfoundland and Labrador, whose credits include Star Trek and Star Trek: Defiant from IDW, as well as the award-winning miniseries Exit Stage Left: The Snagglepuss Chronicles from DC Comics. In addition to his work in comics, he also works as a storyboard artist for TV, music videos and commercials. He resides in St. John’s with his fiancée, cat and two dogs.

Sara Harding is an illustrator based in Toronto. They are passionate about creature, character, and environment designs that tell an engaging narrative. Sara’s inspirations can be found from playing video games, D&D, and reading comics!
Maya McKibbin
MAYA McKIBBIN is a two-spirited multidisciplinary artist living on the unceded traditional territories of the xwməθkwəy̓əm, Sḵwx̱wú7mesh and səlilwətaɬ Nations. Their picture book art includes The Song That Called Them Down by David A. Robertson and If You Were Here by Kathy Stinson. Maya’s sequential art has been featured in The Silver Coin #5, Salmon Run, Shades of Fear and Haunted Canada Volume 2. Maya was the art director of Inkwo for When the Starving Return, an award-winning animation short directed by Amanda Strong.
Jackie Reynolds
Jackie Reynolds is an illustrator and comic artist based in Toronto, whose previous works include two graphic novel series, Marble Hornets, and The Divide & I. Jackie’s work draws from a number of inspirations ranging from found footage horror movies, to their lived experiences being both mixed race and non-binary. They graduated from Sheridan College with a Bachelors of Illustration, and in their spare time, they are an avid mushroom spotter, baker, and punk rock band manager.
Josh Rosen
JOSH ROSEN is a cartoonist and illustrator based out of Toronto. A graduate of the Center for Cartoon Studies, his previous graphic novels include Science Comics: Wildfires, The Good Fight (with Ted Staunton) and History Comics: World War II (with Kate Hannigan). He likes watching spooky movies and hopes to one day meet a ghost.

MATT SALISBURY is an illustrator from Mississauga who now lives in Toronto with his amazing partner and their two chaotic but lovable cats. An enthusiast of comics and history, Matt is never without a sketchbook in one hand and a coffee in the other.
Jenn Woodall
JENN WOODALL is an award-winning illustrator and comics creator originally from Brampton, Ontario. She has a bachelor of design from OCAD in Illustration as well as a bachelor of design in Fashion. She started out self-publishing her own comics and zines before having her work traditionally published. She lives in Toronto with her partner and her small cat named Boo.
