  • Shipping and Returns

  • RETURNS POLICY:

    • Returns may be made after 3 months from the date of invoice.
    • We will accept all returns without date restriction until the title is deemed out of print
    • Returns of out of print titles will be accepted up to 180 days after the out of print date
    • Full book returns must be in saleable condition and customer stickers must be removed prior to returning to Scholastic
    • All returns must be either full book or strip cover (for paperbacks designated as strippable), strippable designation is indicated on the back cover
    • Documentation must accompany returns and include account name, account number, ISBN, quantity returned, invoice number and number of cartons
    • All returns will be credited at a flat 46% unless invoice number accompany the return in which case the return will be credited at the original purchased discount
    • Returns must be shipped prepaid, collect shipments will not be accepted
    • Return authorization is not required
    • Any discrepancy found in return shipments will be credited on the basis of Scholastic's count
    • Returns are sent at customer's risk. Credit will not be issued on return shipments lost in transit
    • Books must be bought directly from Scholastic

  • We do not charge a shipping fee. If a customer is requesting a rush order by courier then we will make the necessary arrangements and invoice for this service. 

  • We guarantee that items arrive at your location in saleable condition or they can be returned for 100% credit or refund.
